Jennifer Martin Memorial Scholarship 2026 for Professional Organizers
The Jennifer Martin Scholarship was establish by ASPO in memory of Jennifer Martin, Founder and Creator of ASPO, and in recognition of her commitment to professional organizing, education, simplicity, and community.
Jennifer believed deeply in the power of organizing to make everyday life easier. Her own journey into professional organizing began when, while balancing a demanding career and family life, she realized that she needed two things: less stuff and better systems.
Honoring ASPO’s Founder, Continuing Her Vision, and Creating Opportunities.
That realization changed her life and ultimately became part of a much larger mission: helping others reduce stress, simplify their homes, and create systems that support the lives they want to live.
Jennifer believed that: “Simplifying and streamlining your home makes every day of your life easier!”
That philosophy became part of the foundation upon which ASPO was built.
Jennifer’s vision extended beyond organizing spaces. She believed in Organizers Supporting Organizers.
She understood that education could help someone build a stronger business. She also knew that relationships, encouragement, shared experiences, and friendship could make the professional journey even more meaningful.
The Jennifer Martin Memorial Scholarship carries that vision forward.

Each year, ASPO will award the Jennifer Martin Memorial Scholarship for an aspiring or current Professional Organizer who demonstrates a desire to learn, grow, serve others, and become an active part of the professional organizing community.
Through this scholarship, Jennifer’s commitment to simplicity, education, opportunity, and community will continue to reach future generations of organizers.

A community where professional organizers could learn from one another, support one another, share their experiences, and grow together, not only as professionals, but through the friendships and connections made along the way.
Jennifer understood something beautifully simple: we are stronger when we don’t have to do it alone.
That belief was reflected in the way she approached organizing, and it became part of the heart of ASPO.
The Jennifer Martin Memorial Scholarship carries that spirit forward by opening the door for another organizer to learn, grow, connect, and discover what is possible within this profession and this community.

Who can apply? Any aspiring or current Professional Organizer including ASPO members or non-members.
How is the recipient chosen? The ASPO Scholarship Committee will review and look for an applicant whose story, goals, and values align closely with the mission and values Jennifer helped establish through ASPO. Financial need may also be considered.
