Logo/Credential Misuse and Ethics Complaints
The ASPO Code of Ethics sets forth a code of conduct that each member pledges to uphold.
Violations are taken seriously to protect the integrity of our Organization, our Mission and our Members.
If you believe that a Member violated the ASPO Code of Ethics or if you believe that someone is misusing the ASPO Logo, Member Badge or ASPO CHO Certification Badge, we invite you to report it here.
Your report will be brought to the ASPO Board for review.
Violations of the Code of Ethics can result in removal from the Organization.
Violations of the misuse of the ASPO Logo, Member Badge or ASPO CHO Certification Badge can result in legal action.
